No, there are a mix of low carb and low fat recipes. The menus follow a low-glycemic index style of eating.
Each of the recipes are marked as Low-Carb, Low-Fat, or Low-Carb/Low-Fat.
The dinner meals have at least 4 servings. Some of the breakfasts and lunches may be single serve.
