Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Rolled Oats
  • ½ Cup Chopped Pecans
  • ¼ Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • ¼ Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Cocoa Powder
  • 3 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
  • Cup Lily's Sugar-Free Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  • Prepare your air fryer basket by lining it with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, chopped pecans, cinnamon, salt, and cocoa powder. Mix them thoroughly to ensure even distribution of the spices and seasoning.
  • Drizzle the maple syrup over the oat and pecan mixture. Stir well to make sure everything is well combined.
  • Carefully pour the granola mixture into the parchment paper-lined air fryer basket. Spread it out evenly to ensure even cooking.
  • Place the basket into the air fryer and cook at 375°F (190°C) for 10 minutes. During this time, keep an eye on the granola to prevent overcooking. You may want to give it a gentle shake or stir halfway through to ensure even browning.
  • After 10 minutes, carefully remove the air fryer basket and allow the granola to cool completely. It will become crispier as it cools.
  • Once the granola has cooled, sprinkle the Lily's chocolate chips over the granola and gently mix them in.
  • Transfer your homemade air fryer granola to an airtight container or enjoy it straight away as a delicious snack or breakfast topping.
