Ingredients

  • 2 cans Diced Tomatoes With Green Chiles 10.5 oz
  • 1 Sweet Onion medium, quartered
  • 1 Jalapeno Pepper medium, seeded if you don't want it too hot
  • 2 Garlic Cloves peeled
  • Teaspoon Cumin optional
  • 1 Teaspoon Mineral Salt or more to taste
  • ½ Cup Cilantro
  • 1 Tablespoon Lime Juice or more, to taste

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients except salt to a blender and blend until combined.
