Easy Refrigerator Pickles with Pickle Juice

Reuse pickle juice and turn it into delicious refrigerator pickles!

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Leftover Pickle Juice see note below
  • 5-6 Pickling Cucumbers

Instructions

  • Wash and pat the cucumbers dry.
  • Slice the cucumbers into lengthwise strips or into chips.
  • Place the cucumbers into pint sized mason jars and cover with leftover pickle juice.
  • Place the lids on the jars and tighten the lids.
  • Refrigerate jars for at least 24 hours.
  • Store the pickles in the refrigerator.
