Slice the cucumbers into lengthwise strips or into chips.
Place the cucumbers into pint sized mason jars and cover with leftover pickle juice.
Place the lids on the jars and tighten the lids.
Refrigerate jars for at least 24 hours.
Store the pickles in the refrigerator.
