Crispy Roasted Okra with Bacon
Crispy roasted okra with delicious, flavorful bites of bacon, all roasted on one sheet pan in the oven. This recipe is low carb, gluten free, and a Trim Healthy Mama S Recipe.
Servings: 6 Servings
- 2 12 Ounce Bags Frozen Cut Okra
- 4 Slices Uncooked Bacon, cut into small pieces
- Salt and Pepper (to taste)
Preheat oven to 400.
In a large bowl, or on the baking sheet, mix frozen okra and bacon pieces.
Sprinkle generously with salt and pepper.
Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until okra is roasted and crispy. (You may want to stir the okra once or twice while roasting.)
