Grilled Peanut Butter And Jelly Sandwich {THM-E}

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Mix the peanut flour, water, and stevia until you have a "peanut butter."
  • Spread peanut butter mixture on one slice of bread, and the jam on the second slice of bread.
  • Place bread together.
  • Fry over medium heat in a non-stick pan for about 3 minutes per side, or until well toasted.

Notes

If you do not have the THM Peanut Flour, you can use JIF Peanut Powder that is found at most local Walmart stores. I linked to the Polaner Jam above to give you an idea of what it looks like, but usually you can find that at Walmart as well. I buy my Silver Hills Sprouted Bread at Natural Grocers, but feel free to use your favorite brand of sprouted bread.
