Preheat the oven to 400.
Make the Low Carb Stromboli Dough.
Mix the chicken, onion, softened cream cheese, yogurt, hot sauce, oregano and garlic salt together.
Between two pieces of parchment paper, roll the Stromboli Dough into a large circle.
Using a sharp knife or a pizza cutter, cut the dough into eight triangles (as you would cut a pizza).
Divide the chicken mixture evenly and place on the dough triangles.
Beginning at the wide end, slowly roll the crescents up.
Brush the whisked egg white on top of the crescents, and top with additional seasonings, if desired.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until tops begin to turn golden brown.
