Course: Drinks
Cuisine: American
Servings: 1 Serving
Calories: 124kcal

Ingredients

  • 12 Ounces Strong Brewed Coffee (my Cold Brew Coffee would be great!)
  • 3 ½   Tablespoons Gentle Sweet (or my Low Carb Powdered Sugar)
  • 2 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Collagen Powder
  • 2 Tablespoons Half and Half
  • 20 Ice Cubes about two cups of ice

Chocolate Syrup

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend well until ice is completely blended.

For the syrup

  • In a small saucepan, combine all syrup ingredients and heat until Gentle Sweet and cocoa powder melt and you have a chocolate syrup.
  • Remove from heat, and let stand for 20-30 minutes. Syrup will thicken as it stands. Drizzle over frappuccino if desired. Leftover syrup should be refrigerated, and will make several servings.

Notes

Top with homemade whipped cream, if desired! (Whipped cream is not included in the nutritional information.)

If you want to use the Protein Powder, use 1 full scoop, then only add 1 Tablespoon of Cocoa Powder and 1-2 Tablespoons of Gentle Sweet. (This would still be a FP, if you do not use whipped cream.)

If you add the MCT Powder, this would be an S fuel and the nutritional information would change.
If you do not have Gentle Sweet, you can use my Low Carb Powdered Sugar in equal amounts.

You can also use Pyure, but half the amount.
