Keto Lime Energy Balls
Coconut Lime fat bombs make a great keto energy bite. Filled with sweet and tart flavors, keep these on hand for a quick keto snack.
In a bowl mix all the ingredients (except shredded coconut) and knead with your hand until all the ingredients are well combined and compact.
Place the dough in the refrigerator and let it sit for about 15 minutes before making the balls.
Wet your hands with water or oil in spray and make 17 balls of about 2 tbsp each.
In a shallow plate add the shredded coconut, roll the balls into the coconut until these are completely covered.
Store the energy balls in an airtight container in the fridge.
- You can replace the Gentle Sweet for any other sweetener of your preference such as monk fruit or erythritol, keep in mind that the quantity may vary.

- You may use another nut butter or sunflower butter, always keeping in mind that it should be one that doesn’t have any added ingredients.
