Sausage and Pepper Sheet Pan Dinner
This Sausage & Peppers Sheet Pan Dinner only takes 5 minutes of prep. Makes a great keto or THM-S family dinner!
Servings: 4 servings
- 1 Package Frozen Peppers and Onions
- 1 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 1 5-Count Package Italian Sausages
- Salt and Pepper
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and grease a large baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
Spread the frozen peppers and onions in a single layer of the baking sheet and spray with nonstick cooking spray. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Cut each Italian sausage into thirds and place on top of the peppers and onions.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, until peppers are tender and sausage is fully cooked.
