Bacon-wrapped pickles with cream cheese are like a dill pickle fat bomb but in appetizer form. These delicious little savory bites are the perfect keto appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 6 Dill Pickle Spears
  • 4 Ounces Cream Cheese room temperature
  • 12 Slices Fully Cooked Bacon

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Use a spoon to remove the seeds from the center of each pickle spear. Cut each spear into quarters and use a paper towel to dry the top of each piece.
  • Top each pickle piece with cream cheese.
  • Cut each piece of bacon in half and wrap one half around each pickle piece. Secure the bacon on place with a toothpick.
  • Place the pickles on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, until the bacon is crispy. Serve immediately.
