Maple Apple Oatmeal

- 1 Small Apple Chopped (about 3/4 cup)
- 2-3 Tablespoons Erythritol or your favorite sweetener
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 Teaspoon Maple Extract
- 1/2 Cup Old Fashioned Rolled Oatmeal
- Pinch of Salt
- 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Almond or Cashew Milk
- 1/2 Cup Water
In a medium sauce pot, combine the chopped apple, erythritol, cinnamon and maple extract.
Sautee until apples begin to soften.
Add remaining ingredients and bring to a simmer.
Simmer for 5-6 minutes, or until oatmeal begins to thicken.
Taste and add more sweetener or maple extract if you prefer.
