Preheat oven to 375.
Pour pineapple (undrained) into a greased 12 inch cast iron skillet.
Sprinkle 1 Tablespoon Xylitol over pineapple.
In another bowl, mix all remaining ingredients.
Pour oatmeal mixture over pineapple.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until center is set and no longer jiggles.
