  • Preheat oven to Broil.

Stovetop Method

  • In a large stockpot, cover wings with water and bring to a boil.
  • Boil for 10 minutes.

Instant Pot Method

  • Place wings in Instant Pot liner and pour in 1 cup of water.
  • Place lid on, lock in place, and make sure steam valve is closed.
  • Process wings on manual high pressure for 10 minutes, then Quick Release the steam.

Crisp the wings

  • Place on a broiler pan and broil for 5-10 minutes on each side, turning part way through, until desired crisp is reached.

Make sauce

  • Combine melted butter, Parmesan and garlic in a large bowl with a lid.
  • Place crisp wings in the bowl, cover with the lid, and shake well to coat.
  • Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce!
