  • 4 Cups Cabbage,Thinly Sliced
  • 2 Teaspoons Butter
  • 2 Green Onions, Chopped
  • 1 Cup Cooked Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, Chopped

For the Sauce:

  • ½ Cup Sour Cream
  • ¼ Cup Finely Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • ¼ Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 2 Tablespoons Water
  • 1 Teaspoon Tony Chachere's Seasoning


  • In a large skillet, sautee the cabbage and green onions in butter until the cabbage begins to wilt.
  • Add cooked chicken and all of the sauce ingredients.
  • Reduce heat to medium and continue to cook, stirring, until the sauce has thickened a bit.
  • Remove from heat and serve.
