Creamy Cajun Chicken and Cabbage
Rich, creamy, and bursting with flavor, this easy chicken and cabbage skillet can be ready in 10 minutes!
Servings: 2 Servings
- 4 Cups Cabbage,Thinly Sliced
- 2 Teaspoons Butter
- 2 Green Onions, Chopped
- 1 Cup Cooked Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, Chopped
For the Sauce:
- ½ Cup Sour Cream
- ¼ Cup Finely Grated Parmesan Cheese
- ¼ Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 2 Tablespoons Water
- 1 Teaspoon Tony Chachere's Seasoning
In a large skillet, sautee the cabbage and green onions in butter until the cabbage begins to wilt.
Add cooked chicken and all of the sauce ingredients.
Reduce heat to medium and continue to cook, stirring, until the sauce has thickened a bit.
Remove from heat and serve.
