Ingredients

  • 1 32 Ounce Container 0% Greek Yogurt (I use the Kirkland brand from Costco)
  • ½ Cup Gentle Sweet or my Low Carb Powdered Sugar
  • 1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • ½ Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 Tablespoon Vanilla

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend well.
  • Process in ice cream maker according to manufacturer's instructions. (Mine took about 25 minutes.)
  • Place finished frozen yogurt into an airtight container and store in the freezer.
  • Leave on the counter for 20 minutes before serving.

Notes

If you do not have Gentle Sweet, you can use the same amount of my Low Carb Powdered Sugar.

I have not tried making this without an ice cream maker. Possibly, it could be frozen in a shallow dish, but I have not tried it, so I cannot guarantee the results.

This frozen yogurt does freeze very hard. It is best to leave it on the counter for 20 minutes before serving.
