Ingredients

  • 2 Packages (8 Ounce) Diced Ham
  • ½ Cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tablespoons Prepared Mustard
  • 2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 8 Eggs
  • Salt And Pepper (To Taste)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a 9x13 casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk eggs until well blended. Beat in salt and pepper.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the ham, mayonnaise, mustard, and cheese. Stir to evenly distribute the ingredients.
  • Stir the eggs into the ham mixture until evenly blended.
  • Transfer the mixture to the casserole dish and spread in an even layer.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until the center is set.

Notes

You can easily use leftover ham instead of buying packages of chopped ham.
