Smoky Deviled Eggs
Rich deviled eggs with a cool and creamy center and a delicious smoky flavor. These smoky deviled eggs are low carb, sugar free, gluten free, dairy free, and a Trim Healthy Mama S Fuel.

Halve boiled eggs lengthwise and remove yolk.
When all yolks are removed, add remaining ingredients to the yolks and mix well. (I used my hand mixer.)
Put yolk mixture into a piping bag and pipe into centers of egg whites. (See note below.)
Sprinkle with additional smoked paprika and with parsley, if desired.
If you do not have a pastry bag or pastry tips, you can simply snip off the corner of a Ziploc bag and use that to pipe the filling.
(Or if you do not care about piping, simply fill them with a spoon!)
You can use regular paprika for this recipe, but I highly recommend the smoked paprika.
