Preheat a medium sized skillet over medium heat.
Whisk the two eggs together.
Melt butter in skillet, then pour eggs into pan.
Cook until just set, then flip eggs over to cook the other side.
Add a few tablespoons of shredded cheese to one side, then add remaining toppings (on one side).
Fold the eggs in half and move to a plate.
Sprinkle with garlic salt and oregano if desired.
