  • 1 Lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs Or Breasts Cut Into Bite-Sized Pieces
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • ½ teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Onion Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 8 Small Low-Carb Flour Tortillas
  • Optional Toppings: Shredded Lettuce Diced Tomatoes, Shredded Cheese, Sour Cream, Salsa, Avocado, Lime Wedges

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and let it run for 3–5 minutes to heat up.
  • In a large bowl, combine the chicken pieces with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until every piece is evenly coated.
  • Place the chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry for 10–12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and lightly crisp on the edges.
  • Divide the hot chicken evenly among the tortillas. Fold each tortilla in half to form a taco.
  • Lightly spray or brush the outside of each taco with oil. Return them to the air fryer in batches, cooking 2–3 minutes per side, until golden and slightly crispy.
  • Add your favorite toppings such as shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, avocado, and a squeeze of lime. Serve warm.
