  • 1 Pound Ground Turkey
  • ½ Cup Breadcrumbs can use crushed pork rinds to make it lower-carb
  • ¼ Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • ¼ Cup Milk
  • 1 Large Egg
  • ½ Onion Finely Chopped
  • 2 Cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 Teaspoon Dried Italian Seasoning
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • ½ Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • ¼ Cup Zero Sugar Ketchup or Barbecue Sauce Optional, for Topping

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 350 Degrees Fahrenheit (175 Degrees Celsius).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the Ground Turkey, Breadcrumbs, Parmesan Cheese, Milk, Egg, Onion, Garlic, Italian Seasoning, Salt, and Black Pepper. Mix well until fully combined.
  • Shape the mixture into a loaf that fits into your air fryer basket.
  • Place the loaf into the air fryer basket and cook for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165 Degrees Fahrenheit.
  • During the last 5 minutes of cooking, you can spread Ketchup or Barbecue Sauce over the top if desired for a flavorful glaze.
  • Remove the meatloaf from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
