Bacon Ranch Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Cooked Shredded Chicken (Rotisserie or Leftover)
  • 6 Slices Bacon Cooked and Crumbled
  • ½ Cup Mayonnaise
  • ¼ Cup Sour Cream
  • 2 Tablespoons Ranch Seasoning Mix
  • ¼ Cup Celery Finely Chopped
  • ¼ Cup Green Onions Chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • Salt and Pepper To Taste

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, ranch seasoning, and lemon juice until smooth and creamy.
  • Add the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, celery, and green onions to the bowl. Stir gently until everything is evenly coated in the dressing.
  • Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors blend.

Notes

If you don't want to use the Ranch seasoning mix, you can use ¼ cup of prepared ranch dressing in place of the sour cream and ranch seasoning. This is my favorite homemade Ranch dressing recipe!
