Brew 2 oolong tea bags in 2 cups of hot water in a mason jar for at least 5 minutes. Longer steeping will create a stronger tea.
Stir in 2 teaspoons of baobab powder while the tea is hot to help it dissolve. If clumps form, use a milk frother to blend smoothly.
Add 4 doonks of stevia (or adjust to taste).
Drop in a few fresh lemon slices for added flavor.
Add ice and more water to fill the mason jar.
Optional Add-ins: Add a splash of apple cider vinegar or a few drops of apricot extract.
Serve Hot or Iced: Enjoy hot, or let the tea cool and pour over ice. Add water or more ice as needed.
Any type of tea can be used.
A "doonk" is 1/32 of a teaspoon.
If you want to be fancy, you can add a sprig of mint, as shown in the photos! (It's a nice touch!)
