Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Cooked Chicken Shredded
  • 1 Cup Cottage Cheese
  • ½ Cup Buffalo Sauce
  • 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • ½ Cup Cream Cheese Softened
  • ¼ Cup Ranch Dressing
  • ¼ Cup Blue Cheese Crumbles Optional
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • 1 Tablespoon Sliced Green Onions for Garnish (Optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease an 8x8 baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cottage cheese, buffalo sauce, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, ranch dressing, and blue cheese crumbles (if using).
  • Mix until well combined.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
  • If desired, garnish the top of the dip with additional shredded cheese, buffalo sauce, green onions, and/or blue cheese crumbles.
  • Serve warm with your choice of healthy chips, healthy crackers, or fresh vegetables.
