- 1 Cup Cottage Cheese
- ½ Cup Buffalo Sauce
- 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- ½ Cup Cream Cheese Softened
- ¼ Cup Ranch Dressing
- ¼ Cup Blue Cheese Crumbles Optional
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
- 1 Tablespoon Sliced Green Onions for Garnish (Optional)
