Notes

THM-S
As written, these fruit pops (popsicles) are a THM-S fuel because of the heavy cream.
THM-FP
If you would like to make these healthy popsicles a THM-FP, you can substitute equal parts 0% Greek yogurt and unsweetened almond milk to replace the heavy cream. This will also drastically reduce the calories in your ice pop!
THM-E
If you would like to make these a THM-E recipe, use the greek yogurt and almond milk option, but use a higher carbohydrate fruit such as bananas, pitted cherries, pineapple, peaches, mango, or papaya.
