Instructions
Preheat refined coconut oil over medium-low heat in a large medium skillet.
Cut fish fillets into 2 inch pieces.
Combine all the breading ingredients in a shallow bowl.
Place eggs in another shallow bowl and mix well.
Dip fish pieces into egg, then dredge in the breading mixture.
Fry in the coconut oil for approximately 2 minutes on each side.
Drain on paper towels.
Make the Tartar Sauce
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
Notes
If you do not have the Trim Healthy Mama Baking Blend, you may use a blend of equal parts almond flour, coconut flour, and flax meal.
