- ½ Medium/Large Zucchini diced
- ½ Sweet Onion thinly sliced
- 1 Smoked Sausage Link I like to use Aidell's brand, sliced
- 1 Teaspoon Avocado Oil
Get Recipe Ingredients
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add Avocado Oil.
Sauté the Sweet Onion for 1-2 minutes until soft.
Add the Zucchini and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in the Smoked Sausage and cook until everything is golden brown and caramelized.
Serve hot and enjoy.
LOWER CARB: Use less onion, or substitute another vegetable for the onion.
- Add Garlic, Bell Pepper, or Italian Seasoning for extra flavor.
