Ingredients

  • 4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 8 Slices Black Forest Ham
  • 8 Slices Swiss Cheese , cut in half
  • 2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
  • 2 Oz. Cream Cheese
  • C. Pork Rind Crumbs
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Turn your oven to broil.
  • In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese and dijon mustard until smooth.
  • Place the chicken breasts into a casserole dish, and drizzle with the olive oil.
  • Season the chicken with salt and pepper to taste, and place under the broiler on high for 10 minutes.
  • Flip the chicken over, and broil another 10 minutes.
  • Remove the chicken, and top with 1 slice of the swiss cheese.
  • Add the ham to each piece of chicken, then top with the mustard sauce, before adding the remaining slices of cheese.
  • Place under the broiler for 2-3 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with the pork rind crumbs, and place under the broiler for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Make sure the chicken is cooked completely through before serving. Cooking time can vary depending on the thickness of your chicken breasts.
