Sourdough Pizza Crust
This easy sourdough pizza crust takes pizza night to the next level!

- ½ Cup (113g) Bubbly Sourdough Starter
- ⅔ Cup (150g) Water
- 1 Teaspoon (7g) Salt
- 1 Teaspoon (11g) Honey
- 2 Tablespoons (22g) Oil (avocado or olive)
- 1 ¾ Cup + 2 Tablespoons (315g) All Purpose Flour
Place all ingredients in bread machine insert in the order listed above.
Run the dough cycle.
When finished, remove from the insert and put in a sealed container (bag or bowl).
Place in the refrigerator for 24 hours - 3 days.
TO BAKE
Preheat oven to 425.
Roll out dough to desired shape and place on a greased pan.
Prick all over with a fork to minimize bubbles.
Bake crust for 10 minutes.
Add pizza sauce, and desired toppings and bake until cheese is melty.
Nutrition facts are calculated for 8 slices, and do not include toppings.
Obviously, this pizza crust is not Trim Healthy Mama friendly, since it uses all white flour. I'll have a whole-grain version coming soon!
