Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a Loaf Pan or line it with parchment paper.
In a Large Bowl, combine Ground Beef, Breadcrumbs, Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Crumbled Bacon, Egg, Milk, Ketchup, Mustard, Worcestershire Sauce, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Salt, and Black Pepper. Mix until well combined, but do not overmix.
Shape the Meatloaf Mixture into a loaf and place it in the prepared Loaf Pan.
Wrap the meatloaf with Bacon Slices in a criss-cross pattern, tucking the ends underneath.
Bake for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until a Meat Thermometer reads 160°F (71°C).
Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
