Cheesecake Yogurt Bark
Dessert never tasted so good on the keto diet! Here is a chocolate cheesecake keto yogurt bark that is a frozen yogurt bark! This frozen yogurt bark is loaded with cheesecake and chocolate flavor, and no guilt.

- ¼ Cup Strawberries , finely chopped
- ¼ Cup Walnuts , chopped
- 2 Tablespoons of Lily’s baking chips melted
- 8 Ounces of Cream Cheese
- 2 Tablespoons of Swerve powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract
- 1.5 Cups Full Fat Plain Greek Yogurt

Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
In a bowl with a hand mixer, mix the soft cream cheese and then add the Swerve.
Mix in the yogurt and vanilla and mix for 1 -2 minutes. It will be slightly fluffy.
Place your bark mixture in a pan. You can make it whatever shape you want. Since I used a smaller pan (9x13), I just filled the bottom.
Using your melted chocolate. Make dollops on the yogurt and then with a toothpick or knife, swirl it into the bark.
Sprinkle with strawberries and walnuts.
Freeze for 3+ hours to set.
Cut and serve immediately.
The bark will melt within a few minutes. You will need to keep it in the freezer after you cut it.
You can use 3 Tablespoons of Gentle Sweet in place of the Swerve.
