- 1 Cup Roasted Cashews
- 1 Cup Roasted Pistachios
- 1 Cup Roasted Almonds
- 1 Egg White Only
- 1 Teaspoon Parsley Flakes
- ½ Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- ½ Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- ⅛ Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- Salt To Taste
- ¼ Cup Parmesan Cheese Grated
- 1 Package (2.12 Ounce) Parmesan Cheese Crisps
- 2 Tablespoons Water (Optional)

Prepare the slow cooker liner by spritzing with nonstick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine the nuts.
In a small bowl, beat the egg white until frothy (add the 2 Tbs. of water if you like). Pour over the nuts and toss to coat.
Add the seasonings to the nuts and toss until evenly coated.
Place the nuts in the slow cooker, cover, and cook on high for 1 ½ hours, stirring every 15 minutes.
Toss the nuts with grated Parmesan cheese and transfer to a rimmed baking sheet covered with parchment or waxed paper. Allow to cool completely.
Add the cheese crisps to the nuts and toss to evenly distribute.
Store the snack mix in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
