I am so excited about Trim Healthy Mama's new Pristine Whey Protein Powders. They come in two fabulous flavors - chocolate and strawberry. I have never been much of a protein powder person, - I just can't seem to get past that peculiar flavor. But these are definitely the best protein powders I have tasted (no, they did not pay me to say that - just my opinion)!
As soon as I got them, I opened the Strawberry - and fell in love. It smells so "strawberry-y." (I know, that is not a word - but I just invented it!) I like to mix it with a little unsweetened almond milk and drink it like strawberry milk. So good!
I wanted to make a healthy treat for my kids, so I turned to this amazing strawberry protein powder to help bump up the protein in each popsicle. If you are a Trim Healthy Mama, this amazing treat is a Fuel Pull - meaning it is low in both carbs and fat!
I can hardly keep these popsicles in the freezer! My kids devour them as soon as they are frozen. Then they immediately begin asking when I am going to make more. I'm hoping to make a chocolate version soon, but it may be hard to beat this strawberry flavor!
You can use whatever popsicle mold you have - I found these super cute star shaped molds at TJ Maxx - they had many different styles and they were very reasonable priced. You can also order this exact set, here, on Amazon. This mix makes about 8 popsicles, but if you have any leftover, feel free to drink at as a smoothie! (I may or may not have done this.)
This is a recipe that is so easy, even your children could make it, with a little supervision! Only 5 ingredients!

1 Cup 0% Plain Greek Yogurt
1 Scoop Strawberry Pristine Whey Protein Powder

[…] I have also used this flavored protein powder to make Strawberry Yogurt Protein Pops! […]

What would you use in place of Xylitol? I have Pyure, Super Sweet and Stevia, but don't have Xylitol in my house because I have dogs. Thanks!
Sarah Hardy
I would use half the amount of Pyure.
