This particular recipe was inspired by a Greek Salad I had at Panera a few years ago. I knew I could make it at home much cheaper, and customize it the way I liked!

I personally do not add olives to it, but I know many people love them so I included them in the recipe.

If there's a particular ingredient you don't like, simply leave it out!

How to make this easy Greek Salad recipe

Traditional Greek Salad Ingredients

The key components of a classic Greek salad include crisp lettuce, ripe cherry tomatoes, crunchy cucumbers, tangy kalamata olives, and briny feta cheese. I've also chosen to add pepperoncini peppers and a creamy homemade dressing.

Homemade Greek Salad Dressing Recipe

To make the perfect Greek salad dressing, whisk together extra virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, a little dried mustard, garlic, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper. This dressing enhances the flavors of the salad and gives it that authentic tangy flavor.

Steps to Assemble the Salad

In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, kalamata olives, and crumbled feta cheese. Pour the homemade dressing over the top of the salad and gently toss to coat all the ingredients. Your easy Greek salad is now ready to be served!
