A sample menu plan that fits the Trim Healthy Mama Lifestyle.
I told you when I published the very first menu that this may not be a weekly thing. This past week was busy and I didn't have time to make out a menu until tonight. For Monday, I just wrote down what I actually ate . . . then planned out the rest of the week.
If you followed my menu plan last week, then you know I had okra every day! I have not weighed in yet for this week, so I don't know what the results will be. It will be interesting to see!

What is your favorite store bought sprouted bread? I love your blog!

I use the Silver Hills Sprouted Bread. I usually buy it at Natural Grocers. 🙂
