I don’t know about you, but breakfast is the hardest meal of the day for me. I could easily just drink coffee in the morning, and forget breakfast altogether! However, as a Trim Healthy Mama, I know that is not smart – so I often find myself standing in my kitchen wondering “What can I eat?” I thought it may be helpful to give you all a roundup of easy THM breakfast ideas!   1. Thanks for this great list. I often get bored with breakfast and eat the same thing over and over again. I looked at the overnight oats recipe and it looks sooo yummy!

    I have a question though – The recipe doesn’t specifically say “unsweetened almond milk” so I’m guessing they use the sweetened kind to help sweeten the whole thing since it uses plain yogurt as well. Have you tried this with unsweetened and added a stevia-based sweetener instead?

    If not, I’m wondering if it would go over the carb count for an E meal. Just a thought! Thanks ahead of time for any suggestions. 🙂

    1. Hi Erika! Thanks for your question! If I were making this for myself, I would use the unsweetened almond milk. The applesauce/apples help to sweeten it a bit, but if you like things sweeter (like me 😉), I would add 1 “doonk” stevia extract or 1/2 Tbs of Gentle Sweet. Just sweeten to taste!
